Why subscribe?

Welcome to the Common Farm Flowers Substack. I love to write, so this feels like the perfect place to share my thoughts on flower farming, sustainable floristry, running a small business and writing.

This is also where we now host the Common Farm Flowers Club. The Club has been a growing community over the past few years over on YouTube. I’ve brought it to Substack because I think the paid subscriber format will be a place where it’ll be just as easy to communicate through live chats, but there’s also a place for Clubbers to chat, and we can have written work, also available as podcasts, as well as filmed clips. Do join us as a paid subscriber if you can: the Club is informative, inspiring, enabling, and a great community of people interested in growing flowers, small business, and living a ‘good’ life, creating valuable work which benefits their neighbourhood and ecosystem as well as making a living.
